This Privacy Policy describes how GlovBE Group Inc ("Bidders", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use:
- the bidde.rs website (the "Site"),
- the Bidders dispatch platform (the "Platform"), and
- the Bidders Driver mobile app for iOS and Android (the "App").

1. The Site collects almost nothing
The Site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve and secure the Site. If you email us, we receive what you send.
2. Information we collect in the Platform and the App
Account information
- Name, email address, and phone number.
- The carrier or dispatch company you work for, and your role in it.
Location information (including background location)
The Bidders Driver app collects precise location, including in the background — while the app is closed or not in use — when you are on an active assignment or have tracking turned on. Dispatchers use it to see where trucks are, estimate arrival times, and match your truck to nearby loads.
You can stop location collection at any time by going off duty in the App or revoking the location permission in your device settings. Your company may require tracking while you are on duty; that is between you and your employer.
Operational information
- Loads, trips, bids, and their status history.
- Messages between drivers, dispatchers, and brokers sent through the Platform.
- Documents you upload (for example, proof of delivery).
Device information
- Device model, operating system version, app version, and language.
- Push notification tokens, so we can deliver trip assignments and messages.
3. How we use information
- To run the service: match loads to trucks, send bids, assign trips, show live positions and ETAs.
- To notify you: dispatch messages, trip assignments, and status updates.
- To keep the service working and secure: debugging, abuse prevention, and support.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us or to your company's freight operations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.
4. Who we share information with
- Your company. Your dispatcher and company administrators see your location while tracking is on, your assignments, and your messages on the Platform. Bidders is a work tool; your employer controls much of this data.
- Brokers and shippers. When a bid is sent or a load is booked, the counterparty receives the operational details needed for the shipment — for example, truck position or ETA for a load you are carrying.
- Service providers. Infrastructure vendors that host our systems and deliver our notifications (for example, cloud hosting and Apple/Google push services), bound to process data only for us.
- Legal. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Bidders, our users, or others.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Location history and operational records are retained for as long as your company's business and legal obligations require (freight transaction records are commonly kept for several years). When you delete your account, we delete your profile, device data, and standalone location history; positions embedded in your company's completed trip records remain part of those records, as described on the account deletion page.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address on your account. To delete your account, see Delete account.
8. Children
The service is for commercial freight operations and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the Platform or by email.
